The lure of great food and warmer weather in ‘The Valley’ drew YHOG riders out for a trip to The Stillery in Phoenix. The route went out Iron Springs Road thru Skull Valley and on to Kirkland, then jogged over to AZ-89 and on down to US-93 and US-60 (where riders dodged miles of major potholes) before turning eastward on AZ-74. It was then just a short jaunt south on I-17 to lunch, where everyone remarked about the cloudless blue skies and low 70’s temps. After lunch, many in the group continued their hunt for stamp stops in the My AZ Map challenge.
