Laughlin Weekend Ride

Ride to Laughlin, Nevada on Friday, 27 April for anyone who wants to go. Laughlin River Run is the biggest motorcycle rally in the West with a normal turnout of about 70,000 motorcycles. If anyone wants to go, I suggest , making reservations for Friday, April 27th and Sat., April 28th ASAP.
We will meet at 9:00 AM at the Safeway in Chino Valley. From there, we will ride to North on Hwy 89 to 40 to Old Hwy 66 to Seligman where we will stop for brunch at Lilo’s West Restaurant. Then onto Kingman on 66 and make a brief water and pit stop at the Mother Road Harley Davidson Dealer.
From there, we’ll ride North on hwy 93 to West on Hwy 68 into Laughlin arriving between 2:00 and 4:00PM.
Upon entering Laughlin, the ride will end and everyone will make their own way to their respective motels.
Requirements: 1) Nevada law requires helmets: 2) Everyone should pack extra water..We’ll be riding through hot, dry desert: 3) Cell Phone.

KSU: 8:15am, after a road captain briefing
Miles: 40 miles, 1 hour, 10 minutes via Skull Valley

We will park just past the Yarnell library, before the parade road closures, and walk a couple blocks to the parade area. If parking in this area is full we will follow parking signs further in town. Strap on a fold up chair (if you can) to watch the parade (10am), then have lunch at the beer garden & check out the vendors.

We project 2018’s Yarnell Daze Parade to be extra special. Come to the Yarnell Hill for a day of fun activities. Two music and entertainment stages, Juried Art Show, Vendors, Raffles, Beer Garden, KidZone, Show for the children in the library, Food, Car Show, 50/50 tickets, visit the Shrine of St. Joseph, Planned Hot Shot Memorial future site.

The parade starts at 10am. Beer garden will have drinks & brats starting at 11am
CHEEK TONES Band is one of the scheduled performers in the Beer Garden.
